What are the delivery conditions?

After payment, we will deliver the TV lift to the desired address. Installation is not included. TVLIFTBOY supplies clear instructions and a manual with the product. How reliable is your TV lift

Over the past 15 years, we have seen that our TV lifts operate trouble-free for years under normal use. Because we develop the lifts ourselves and do not work with standard imports from China, we can also easily repair them - if necessary.

How long do I have a warranty on the TV lift?

Every TV-lift comes with a standard warranty of two years. You can also count on good service in the interim. If you have any problems or questions, you can always contact us.

Will you be installing the TV lift?

TVLIFTBOY only installs floor lifts and TV lifts from our Cassette range. Other TV lifts are delivered to you. You can install the TV lift yourself with the help of our manual. If you wish, you can also choose to hire a professional from your area.
