FAQ
Yes, depending on the television size and weight, we recommend the cassette frame size. A TV cabinet is made to measure and can be painted in any RAL colour. If you have particular requirements for a TV cabinet, we will discuss them with our furniture maker. Contact us to discuss the possibilities, where we look at the best situation that suits your home.
After payment, we will deliver the TV lift to the desired address. Installation is not included. TVLIFTBOY supplies clear instructions and a manual with the product. As standard, we do not supply an installation box in the floor with a TV lift. We recommend that the contractor takes care of this. Of course, we can think along and coordinate where necessary.
For furniture with lift and floor lifts, we provide installation within the Netherlands as standard. For other types of lifts, installation is possible in consultation. This also applies to deliveries to Europe.
TVLIFTBOY only installs floor lifts and TV lifts from our Cassette range. Other TV lifts are delivered to you. You can install the TV lift yourself with the help of our manual. If you wish, you can also choose to hire a professional from your area.
